This is made up of a lightweight sturdy construction and comes with a 16″ rear and 12″ front all terrain bicycle tires on light weight wheels. It has extra wide open wheel base which offers exceptional stability. The locking front swivel wheel is for easier low speed strolling. It has a quick release wheel system.
